A_WA MUNICIPAL CODE' CREATING CH~&NGES IN DISTRICT BOUND-
ARIES, AND AMENDING SHEET N0. 1I OF THE DISTRICTING
~AP TO SHOW THE HECLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given notice
of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Appli-
cation No. 237 for Change of District Classification, and recommended
to the City Council the changes requested; and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held
a public hearing on said application and does now find that public
necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following
amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be
detrimental to the surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDA.TN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Blocks A and B of Menges and Crooks Subdivision, as
shown on a map recorded in Book i at Page 98 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, Califo~ia,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North lll feet,
.be reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-3 District, and that
Sheet No. ll of the Districting ~Map of Article IX of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code be amended to sh~
