CERTAIN TERRITORY DESIGNATED "DELHI AICD NAIN S. W. ANI~EX"
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Sa] ta Aha did on
February 3, 1958, declare its intention to annex certain uninhabited
territory by Resolution No. 58-33, which said Resolution was regularly
published as required by law, and which said Resolution gave due notice
of public hearing to be held on March 17, 195~; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing there were no objections or p~otests to
said proposed annexation;
NOW, 'i~IEREFORE, TI~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That after due hearing, it finds that there was no
protest to the annexation of the territory herein described, that due
notice of the time and place of hearing was given; that said te~itory
was wholly uninhabited at the time the petition for annexation was
filed; that said territory is contiguous to the City of San ta Ana,
California; that written consent of all the owners was filed with the
Clerk of the Council prior to the adoption of this Ordinance, agree-
ing that all property within said territory shall be taxed to p~y any
indebtedness or liability of said City contracted prior to or existing
at the time of annexation and that said property shall be so taxed.
SECTION 2. That all of the territory situated in the County of
· Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at tb~ _~ortheast corner of Section 2~, Tov~ns~ip ~
~ South, Range l0 West, San Berna~dino Base and ~fe~idtan; said
point being an angle point in the City boundary of the City
of Santa Aha, California; and running thence South 0° 39' 45"
West.along said City boundary and along the East line of said
Section 2~, 47~.00 feet to an anglo point in said City bound-
ary; thence l~orth 89° 20' 15" ~yest along said City boundary
322.00 fees to an angle point an said City boundary; thence
South 0° 39! 45" West along said City boundary l~O.00 feet to
an angle point in said City boundary; thence South 89° 20'
East along said City boundary 322.00 feet to an angle point in
said City boundary; thence South 0° 39' 4~" West along said .
City boundary and along the East line of said Section 25, 9~9.74
feet to the Northwesterly line of the Pacific Electric Railroad

1140.53 feet to an angle point in said City boundary; thence

boundary 990.00 feet to the point of beginning,
be and the same is hereby annexed to and shall become a part of the
City of Santa Aha, the Santa Ana School District, Sa~ ta Ana High
School District a~d tke Santa Aha Junio~ College District, and said
annexation is by this Ordinance effected, approved aud declared.
SECTION 3. This 0rdinmuce shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its final adoption.

Ordinance was regularly introduced at the regular meeting of said
