MUNICIPAL CODE TO CH'ANGE THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY AND TO ADOPT SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 19-5-9
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and'duly
held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application No.
250 and has recommended to the City Council the reclassification of
property situated on the north side of Anahurst Place between Cypress
Avenue and South Main Street, and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly
held a public hearing on said application and does now find that pub-
lic necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following
amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be
detrimental to the surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot 12 and the westerly 45 feet of Lot 8, Block A, Tract
638, as per map in Book 19, Page 17, Miscellaneous Naps,
Records of said Orange County,
is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the C-1-PK District
and that new sectional District Map 19-5-9 is hereby adopted and es-
tablished to show such reclassification and to show the classification
of other property in said Section, and reference is hereby made to
said map for further details and particulars as to the zoning in said
Section. A copy of said map is hereby ordered filed in the office
of the Planning Department, in the Building Department, and in the
office of the Clerk of the Council.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
