ANA MUNICIPAL C(~DE TO CHANGE ~HE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND TO ADOPT SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP
9-5-9
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application No.
252 and has recommended to the City Council the ~eclassification of
p~operty situated at the Southeast corner of Seventeenth Street snd
Tustin Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly
held a public hearing on said application and does now find that pub-
lic necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following
amendment and that the uses under the new class~ fication will not be
detrimental to the surrounding property;

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OP' THE CITY OF S~N TA ANA DOES
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City cf Santa Aha,
of 0range, State of California, described as:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the north line of
17th Street (50.00 feet wide) with the northerly extension
of the east line of Tustin Avenue (50.00 feet wide on the
east side, as Tustin Avenue exists south of 17th), said point
of intersection being an angle point in the City boundary
of the City of Santa Aha, California; and running thence
east along said north line of 17th Street to its intersection
with the northerly extension of the east line of the west
half of Lot No. 5 of the Felipe Yorba Tract, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 4, page 206, Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, Csllfor~ia; thence southerly
along said east line and its northerly extension of the west
half of Lot No. 5 to the south line of said Lot No. 5; thence
westerly along said south line of Lot No. 5 to said east
line of Tustin Avenue, and to said City boundary; thence
northerly along said east line of Tustin Avenue and its
northerly extension, and along said City boundary to the
point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the C-1-PK District
and that newS,~l District Map 9-5-9 is hereby adopted and estab-
llshed to show such reclas~ fication and to show the clas~ fication
of other property in said Section, and reference is hereby made to
said map for further details and particulars as to the zoning in
said Section. A copy of said map is hereby ordered filed in the
office of the Planning Department, in the Building Department, and
in the offi ce of theClerk of the Council.
SECTION -~. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
