MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY AND TO ADOPT SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 30-5-9,
EXHIBIT "C"
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application No. 260,
and has recommended that the request of applicant be denied; and
WHEREA~, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held
a public hearing on said application and did disagree with the recom-
mendation of the Planning Commission, and concluded that said appli-
cation should be granted, and does now find that public necessity, con-
venience, and general welfare require the following amendment, and that
the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real proper~y on the South side of Delhi
Road, West of 0x~_uge Avenue, being property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:

EXCEPTING the North 5 feet of each of said parcels,
is hereby reclassified from R-1 District to the C-1 PK District, and
that new Sectional District Map 30-5-9, as ~nended by Exhibit "C", is
hereby adopted and established to show such reclassification, and to
show the classification of other property in said section, and refer-
ence is hereby made to said Map for further details and particulars
as to said reclassification, and as to the ~oning in said section.
A copy of said map is ordered filed in the office of the Planning
Department, in the Building Department, and in the office of the
C~ rk of the Council.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.

at its regular meeting held on the
