SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL 'CODE TO ~ANGE THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND TO ADOPT
SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 18-5'9
J~nmh~EAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of m d duly
held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application No.
261 initiated by the Planning Commission, and has recommended to the
City Council the reclassification of property hereinbelow set out,
and
WHEF~AS, the City Council gave due notice of and held a public
hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity,
convenience and general welfare require the following amendment, and
that the uses under the new classifications will not be detrimental
to the surrounding property.
NOW, THE~EFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL 0F ~ CITY OF SANTA AMA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of CaLifornia, described as property located
West of the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way, East of Tract
No. 2437, and extending North from McFadden Street approximately
llllfeet~ is hereby reclassified from the M-1 District to the R-3 District
and that new Sectional District Map 18-5-9, as amended by Exhibit
"A", is hereby adopted and established to show such reclassification,
and to show the classification of other property in said Section,
and reference is hereby made to said Map for further details and
particulars as to said reclassification, and as to the zoning in said
Section. A copy of said Map is ordered filed in the office of the
Planning Department, in the Building Department, and in the Office
of the Clerk of the Council.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
the date of its adoption.
