ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE T~E DISTRICT CLASSIFICA-
TION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND TO ADOPT SECTIONAL DISTRICT
MAP 22-5-10, EXHIBIT "A"
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of a~d duly
held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application No.
262 and has recoNmuended to the City Council the reclassification of
property situated on the east side of Fairview Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held
a public hearing on said application and does now find that public
necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following
amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be
detriment~ to the surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of 0r~nge, State of California, situated on the East side of
Fairview Avenue (proposed) West of Greenville Street, between Harvard
S~reet and Delhi Road, is hereby reclassified as next hereinbelow
indicated:
Req~assify from R-1 District to R-~ District
That portion of Tracb""22b0 described as Lots 178 through
187 inclusive, bounded on the west bp Fairvtew Avenue, on
the north by the north line of Lot 1~7, on the south by
Pendleton Avenue, and on the east by an alley approximately
ll2, east of Fairview Avenue and the east line of Lot 187.
Reclassifyt from R-1 Distrtqt to P-PK District
That portion of Tract 22b0 described as Lots 163, 164,
and 165, located at the southeast corner of Pendleton Avenue
and Fai rview Avenue;
Reclassify~ from R-1 District to C-1-PK District
That portion of Tract 22b0 described as Lot 177, located
at the northeast corner of Delhi Road and Falrview Avenue,
that new Sectional District Map 22-5-10 as amended by Exhibit "A"
is hereby adopted and establi~ed to show suc~ reclassification and
to show the classification of other property in said Section, and
reference is hereby made to said map for further details and particu-
lars as to the zoning in said Section. A copy of said map is ordered
filed in the office of the Planning Department, in t he Building De-
partment, and in the office of the Clerk of the Council.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days f~om and
after the date of its adoption.
