NUMBERED AND 24-5-10
WHEREAS, heretofore the Planning Commission gave notice of
and regularly held a hearing on the adoption of the Sectional
District Maps hereinbelow referred to, and recommended to the City
Council that said District Map~ be adopted; and
WHEREAS, after hearing, the Council finds that said District
Maps should be adopted and that there was no protest thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Sectional District Maps 8-5-9, 20-5-9, and 24-5-10
are hereby adopted in each case to be nominated Exhibit "A", to show
the districting regulations in the areas affected thereby, and to
modify certain boundary lines to conform the same to property lines
to insure that in each case the zone boundaries cover all the property
ownership.
SECTION 2. That Districting Maps 31, 32, 36, 39, 69 and 70
are hereby repealed, and those parts of Districting Maps 9, 10, ll,
35, 45, 51, 57 and 58, which are included within the areas covering
Sectional District Maps 8-5-9, 20-5-9, and 24-5-10, are hereby re-
pealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
