ALONG SEVENTEE~i~-~'-TREET, WASHINGTON AVENUE, AND FL~)W~ STREET
WHEREFORE, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolution No.
59-1~4 declaring its intention to establish ~uture right of way lines,
as hereinbelow set out, giving notice of a public hearing to be held
July 6, 1959, and regularly held said public hearing, and determined
that said future right of way lines should be established as recommend-
ed by the Planning Co~ission;
NOW, TEEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9250.1 is hereby amended by adding
(a), (b), and (c), as
thereto new subparagraphs to be designated
follows:

Seventeenth Streett from the Smuta And River to the East
Corporate ~imits, as follows:
1. On both sides, 52 fe~t from center line between the
Santa Ana River and Csllege Avenue.
2. On both sides, 50 feet from center line between College
Avenue and the Santa Aha Freeway.
3- On both sides, 52 feet from center line between the
Santa Aha Freeway and the East Corporate Limits.
WashinE~on Avenuet from Flower Street to Grand Avenue, as
follows:
1. On the North side, 30 feet from center line between.
Flower and Bush Streets.
2. On the North side, 35 feet from center line from Bush
Street to the Santa Ana Freeway.
3. On the South side, 40 feet from center line between
Flower and Bush Streets.
4. On tl~e South side, 35 feet from center line between
Bush Street and Grand Avenue.
(c) Flower Street~ from a point 200 feet North of the center
line of Seventeenth Street to the center line of Pine
Street, as follows:
1. On both sides, 48 feet from center line between a point
200 feet North of the center line of Seventeenth Street
and the center line of Seventeenth Street.
2. On both sides, 40 feet from center line between the
center line of Seventeenth street and the center line
of Pine Street.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd
