ANA MUNICIPAL COD~ REPEALING PARTS THEREOF, WHICH SAID
PARTS HAVE HEEN SUPERSEDED BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FUTURE
RIGHT OF WAY LINES
WHEREAS, on recommendation of the Planning Commission the City
Council has established future right of way lines along certain
streets heretofore covered by setback lines, and to remove the dupli-
cation resulting therefzom, have recommended to the C~y Council
that portions of Section 9250 be repealed, as hereinbelow set out;
and
W}iEREAS, the City Council agrees with the recommendation of
the Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, ~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That subparagraph (c) and subparagraph (1) of
Section 9250 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code be and the same are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That subparagraph (d)

West Seventeenth Street, on the North side from Bristol
Street West to a point 138.71 feet East of the surveyed
center line of Aloha Street, the setback line shall be
140 feet North of the surveyed center line of West Seven-
teenth Street, measured at right angles, except that on
the North side from Bristol Street to Baker Street the
setback line shall be 60 feet No~th of the surveyed
center line of West Seventeenth Street, measured at
right angles.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30
