LINES ALONG~PORTIONS OF HAZARD AND SUGAR AVENUES
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolution No.
55-186 declaring Its inten~i~n ~ es~ablfS~ future right-of-way
lines, as hereinbelow set out, giving notice of public hearing to
be held August 17, 1959, and regularly held said public hearing,
and determined that said future right-of-way lines should be estab-
lished as recommended by the Planning C~mmtssion.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 92~0.1 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code
is hereby amended by adding thereto new subparagraphs to be desig-
nated (f) and (g), in words and figures as follows:
(f) Hazard Avenue, on both sides, between Harbor Boulevard
and Ward Street, 42 feet from the surveyed center line
measured at right angles.
(g) Sugar Avenue, on both sides, between Harbor Boulevard
and Ward Street, 42 feet from the surveyed center line
measured at right angles.
SECTION 2~ This Obdinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after its adoption.
PASSED A~WD ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 8th day of September , 19~9.
