ON A~END~ENT AP-~ION NO. 281
WPIEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application
No. 281, and after hearing has recommended that the proposal be
denied; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has helda public hearing on notice
and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general
welfare require the following amendments and that the uses under
the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F SANTA ~A
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Property situated on the East side of Tusttn Avenue between
a line 5~0 feet North of the North line of First Street and
a line l~T1 feet North of the North line of First Street,
bounded on the West by the East line of Tustin Avenue 8nd on
the East by a line 557 feet East of and par~lel to the East
line of Tustin Avenue,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the C-l~PK Dis-
trict, and that Sectional District Nap 9-5-9, Exhibit C, is hereby
amended and adopted to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from
and after the date of its adoption.

Ana at its regular meeti~g held on the 2~st day of September , 1959.
