LINES ALONG PORTIONS OF NEWHOPE STREET AND SNELTZER
AVENUE
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolution
No. 59-219 declaring its intention to establish future right of
way lines, as hereinbelow set out, giving notice of public hear-
lng to be held September 21, 1959, regularly held said public hear-
lng, and determined that said future right of way lines should be
established as recommended by the Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9250.1 of the Santa Ana ~nicipal
Code is hereby amended by adding thereto new sub-paragraphs to be
designated (i) and (J), in words and figures as follows:
(t) Newhope Street
(j)
On both sides between the proposed Garden Grove Free-
way and Slater Avenue, measured 42 feet from and at
right angles to the survey center line.
Smeltzer Avenue
On both sides, between Harbor Boulevard and Ward
Street, measured 52 feet from and at right angles
to the survey center line.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the ~th day of October , 1959.
