ANA MUi~ICIP~L CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON
AMEND~NT ~ ~?PLICATION NO. 282 AND TO AMEND SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAPi~-~9~, EXHIBIT C
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing in connection with the District Classif-
ication change kereinbelow set out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has regularly held a public hear-
lng on notice on said question and does find that public nec ssmty,
convenience and general welfare require the following amendment
and that the uses under the new classification will not be detri-
mental to the surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of 0rmage, State of California, described as:
Parcel l: The East half o f the North half of Lot E of the
Stafford and Tustin Tract, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 2, pages 618 and 619 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
EXCEPTING the following: Beginning at a point on the east
line of Lot E, distaut thereon North 0° 17~ 30" West 288.75
feet from the southeast corner of said North half of Lot E,
said east line also being the westerly line of Tustin Avenue
66.00 feet wide; thence South 89° 28' 10" West 170.98 feet,
parallel with the North line thereof; thence North 0° 09'
00" West 330.50 feet to said North line; thence North 89°
28' 10" East 170.17 feet, along said north line to the north-
east corner thereof; thence South 0° 17' 30" East 330.50
feet to the point of beginning.
ALSO EXCEPTING the following: Beginning at the southeast
corner of the north one-half of said lot; thence along the
south line of said north one-half of said lot, North ~9°
33' 25" ~est, 73.40 feet to a curve, concave easterly, having
a radius of 4,125.00 feet; thence northerly along said curve
(from a tangent bearirg North 9° 53' 34" East) through an
angle of 4° 05' 40'', an arc distance of 294.78 feet to a
line parallel with the north llne of said lot and which
passes through a point in the east line of said lot at a
point distant North 0° 33' 32" East, 288.75 feet, from said
point of b~ginning; thence along said parallel line, South
89° 22' 45" East, 15.24 feet to said east line; thence along
said East line, South 0° 33' 32" West, 288.75 feet to the
point of beginning.
Parcel 2. The East 6 feet of the West half of the North half
of Lot E of the Stafford and Tustin Tract, in the County of
Orange~ State of California, as per map recorded in Book 2,
Pages bl8 and 619 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California~
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-3 District,
and that Sectional District Hap 17-5-9, Exhibit C, is hereby amend-
ed and adopted to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
