ANA MUNICIPAL CODE T~' CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON
A~END~ENT APPLICATION NO. 28? AND TO A~END SECTIONAL
DISTRICT ~'~P l~-5-10, EXHIBIT B
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has initiated, given notice
of and duly held a public hearing in connection with the amendmer~
herein set out, and recommended that the same be made; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has regularly held a public hear-
ing on the question of said amenchnent, and does now find that public
necessity, convenience md general welfare require said amendment
and that the uses under the new classification will not be detri-
mental to surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CISY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Sa~ ta Ana,
California situated at the Northeast corner of the intersection
of F_aSrview Street and McFadden Avenue, being approximately 13~D feet
from North to South and 650 feet from East to West, is hereby
classified from the R-1 District to the C-1-PK District and Sectional
Distr~ct Map l~-~-10, Exhibit B, is hereby amended and adopted to
show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This 0rdin~uce shal i take effect 30 days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND AD0~TED by the City Council of the City of Sauta
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of November ~ 1959.

and adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit:
