SECTION 6391.9'-~ATING PAWN BROEERS' HOURS
TPIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 6391.9 of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 6391.9. Hours of Pawn Broker Operation.
No pawn b~oker, and no person employed by any pawn
broker, shall accept any item in pawn, nor make any
loan on any item of personal property except between
the hours of 7:00 A.~. and 9:00 P.M. of any day.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of November ,
1959.
