ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON
A~fdEND~.~NT APPLICATION NO. 289 AND TO ~,~END SECTIONAL
DISTRICT ~AP 2-~-10, FDGiIBI~T B
WHEREAS, the P~lannin%Commission gave notice of and duly held
a public hearing in connection with an amendment application initi-
ated by said Commission, snd recommended the change in District
Classification hereinbelow set out; and
WHEREAS, the City 9?~neil ~egularly held a public hearing on
said question and does nsv find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the
uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, California, bounded on the North by a line paral-
lel to end distant North 200 feet from the center line of Westminster
Avenue, on the East by the Santa Ana River Channel, on the South by
Westminster Avenue, and on the West by Berrydale Street, is hereby
reclassified from the R-1 District, to the C-1-PK District, and that
Sectional District ~!~p 2-5-10, Exhibit B, is hereby amended and
adopted to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days
after the date of its adoption.
