ANA IFONICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION N0. 291 AND TO AMEND SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP 17-5-10, EXHIBIT B
WHEREAS, the Planning Comm~ission gave notice of and duly held
a public hearing in connection with an amendment mpplication initi-
ated by said Commission, and recommended the change in District
Classification hereinbelow set out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the
uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, California, bounded on the North by Bolsa Avenue,
on the East by Verano Street, on the South by a line approximately
177 feet South of and parallel to the Center line of Bolsa Avenue,
and on t he West by a line approximately 177 feet West of m%d paral-
lel to the center line of Verano Street, is hereby reclassified
from the R-1 District to the C-1-PK District, and that Sectional
District Map 17-5-10, Exhibit B, is hereby amended and adopted to
show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of Norther ,
1959.
