I',~UNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON APPLI-
CATION NO. 299 AND TO ~iEI1D SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 16-5-10
NHE~EAS, 'the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application No.
299, initiated by said Co~nission, and recommended the changes in
District Classification hereinbelow set out, and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and ~'eneral welfare require the following al~_endments, and that the
uses under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Seats Ana
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of 0range= State of California, hereinbelow described is
hereby reclassified as follows:
Parcel 1. Bounded on the north by the south line of Bolsa
Avenue, bounded on the East by a line parallel to and 1320
feet west of t~e center line of Verano Street; on the south
by a line south of ~d 210 feet from the center line of
Bolsa ~venue, and on the b~e~t by Vera~o Street;
Parcel 2. Bounded on the nor~n by the south line of Bolsa
Avenue, on the east by Newhope Street, on the south by a line
beginning at a point in the westerly ~ight of way line of
Newhope )t_eet, w~ch ms 245 feet south of the center line
of Bolsa Avenue; r~aing thence west 2~ feet; thence north
~ feet; thence east to the easterly boundary of ~dres Place
and bounded on the west by Andres Place,
is hereby reclass~fied from the R-1 District to the C-2-PK District.
Parcel ~. Beginnin~i~ at a point on the west line of Verano
Street, which is 210 feet s.suth of the center line of Bolsa
Avenue; thence east 1280 feet; thence south to a poin~ 1320
feet south of the center line of Bolsa Avenue; thence east to
a point 660 feet west of the center line of ~ewhope Street;
thence south 660 feet; thence west 2~0 feet; thence south to
the north line of Sugar Avenue; thence westerly along the
north line of ~uEar Avenue to Verano Streeh; thence northerly
along the east line of Verano Street to the point of beginning;

Parcel 7. Beginning at a point on the east line of Newhope

Sectional District ~a~ 16-~-10 is hereby amended to showy said
reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
