PORTIONS OF MC _ADDEN AVEI~JE A~'D PROPOSED FAIRVIEW STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. That after reco~muendation by the Planning Conuaission
~d public hearing on notice, it finds and declares that public peace,
health, safety, comfort, convenience, interest and welfare require,
and there are hereby established, setback lines as hereinbelow set
out, all'~in accordance with Resolution No. ~9-283:
SECTION 2. That new subparagraphs designated (z) and (aa)
are hereby added to Section 92~0 of the Smta Aha Municipal Code in
words and figures as follows:
(z) McFadden Avenue
On the north side, between a line parallel with and 2~2
feet east of the center line of proposed Fair view Street, and a line
parallel with and 6~0 feet east of the center line of proposed Fair-
view Street, 210 feet from the center line of McFadden Avenue, measur-
ed at right angles.
(aa) Proposed..FailleE Street
On the eas,3 side, between a line parallel to and a54
feet north of the center line of McFadden Avenue and a line parallel
to and 1320 feet north of the center line of McFadden Avenue, 210
feet from the center line of proposed Fairview Street, measured at
right angles.
SECTION 3- This Ordnance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
