MUNICIPAL CODE T-~ANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMEND-
~ENT APPLICATION NO. 300 AND TO AMEND SECTIONAL DISTRICT
MAP 13-5-10
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has initiated, given notice
of and duly helda public hearing in connection with change
of district classification herein set out to reclassify property
south of Walnut Street and west of Main Street; and
W~E. REAS, the City Council has duly helda public hearing on the
question of said change and does now find that public interest, con-
venience and general welfare require the following amendment, and
tnat the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental
to surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFOHE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AMA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ama
bounded on the north by Walnut Street, on the east by a line paral-
lel to and 165 feet west of the center line of Main Street, bounded
on the south by Bishop Street, and bounded on the west by an alley
~mning north and south between Birch and Broadway, is hereby re-
classified from the R-3 District to the P-PK District, and Sectional
District Map 13-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
