LINES ALONG SANTA cLARA AVENUE ON BOTH SIDES
WHEREA~, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolution No.
59-293 declaring its intention to establish future right of way
lines hereinbelow set out, giving notice of a public hearing to
be held December 21st, 1959, regularly held said hearing and deter-
mined that sa~ d future right of way lines should be established,
as recommended by the Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. T~at Section 9250.1 of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding thereto new subparagraph to be
designated (s), in words and figures as follows:
(s) Santa Clara Avenue
On the north side between Broadway and Main Street,
50 feet measured from and at right angles to the
survey center line.
On the south side between Broadway and Main ~treet,
30 feet measured from and at right angles to the
survey center line.
On ~oth sides, between Grand Avenue and east City
Limits, 42 feet measured from and at right angles
to the sur~ey center line.
SECTION 2. This,Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from
and after its adoption.
