ALONG WILLITS AND 'BISHOP STREET, DELHI ROAD AND CHESTNUT AVENUE
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolution No. 59-
282, declaring its intention to establish future right of way lines
hereinbelow set out, giving notice of a public hearing to be held
December 7, 1959, regularly held said hearing, and determined that
said future right of way lines should be established, as recommended
by the Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby finds, determines and
declares that the public safety, health and general welfare require
the establishment of the building setback lines hereinbelow set out
and, therefore, that Section 9250.1 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code
is hereby amended by adding thereto new subparagraphs to be designated
(p), (q) and (r), in words and figures as follows:
(p) Willits - Bishop Street
On both sides, between proposed Fairview Street and
Standard Avenue, measured 42 feet from and at right angles
to the sumvey center line.
(q) Delhi Road
On both sides, between Harbor Boulevard and proposed
Fairvtew Street, 52 feet measured from and at right angles
to the survey center line.
On both sides, between proposed Fairview Street m%d
Rene D~ive, 59 feet measured from and at right angles to
the survey center line.
On the north side, between Rene Drive and Bristol Street,
52 feet measured from and at right angles to the survey
center line.
On the south side, between Rene Drive and Bristol Street,
60 feet measured from and at right angles to the survey
center line.
On the north side between Bristol Street and Standard
Avenue, 40 feet measured from and at right angles to the
survey center line.
On the south side between Bristol Street and Standard
Avenue, 54 feet measured from and at right angles to the
survey center line.
On both sides between Standard Avenue and proposed
Newport Freeway, 52 feet measured from and at right angles
to the survey center line.
(r) Chestnut Avenu~
On both sides, between Main Street and the Pacific
Electric Railroad, 40 feet measured from and at right angles
to the survey center line.
On the north side, between the Pacific Electric Rail-
road and the east City Ltmits~ 32 feet measured from and at
right angles to t~e survey center line.
On the south side, between the Pacific Electric Railroad
and the east City Limits, 52 feet measured from and at right
angles to the survey center line.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after t~e date of its adoption.

at its regular meeting held on the hth day of January , 1960
