NS h30 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 301 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 9-5-10 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public.hearing on Amendment Application No. 301 initiated by said Commission, and recommended the changes in District Classifica- tion hereinbelow set out; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendments, and that the uses under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, ~HEREFORE, T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES 0F~DAIN AS FOLLO~;S: SECTION 1. T~at the parcels of real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California hereinbetow bounied are reclassified as hereinbelow set out, to-wit: Parcel 1. All of that property on the South side of West- minster Avenue which is within t he City of S~ta Aha to a depth of 220 feet South of the center line of Westminster Avenue between Verano Street and the Santa Aha City bound- ary, West of Parsons Place. Parcel 2. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
