S~TA ANA MUNICIPAL C'ODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIF-
ICATION ON ~ENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 286 AND TO
A~'~ND SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 27-5-10, EXHIBIT B
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has initiated, given notice
of and duly held a public hearing in connection with the change
of District classification herein set out, to reclassify property
at the Southeast corner of Fairview Street and Delhi Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly held a public hearing
on the question of said change and does now find that public nec-
essity, convenience and general welfare require the following
amendment, and that the uses under the new classification will
not be detrimental to the surrounding property;
NOW, TH~:REFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Sa~ ta Aha
situated at the Southeast corner of Fairview Street and Delhi
Road, consisting of approximately eleven (ll) acres and being
approximately 780 feet from North to South and from East to West
with an irregular southern boundary cutting off the Southeast
corner of said parcel, is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District
to
the C-1-PK District, aud Sectional District Map 27-5-10, Exhibit
is hereby amended and adopted to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of February .,
1960.
