LINES ALONG PORTIONS OF FOURTH AND EIGHTH STREETS
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolution No.
60-2, declaring its intention to establish street right of way
lines herein set out, giving notice of public hearing to be held
February l, 1960, regularly held said hearing, and determined that
said future right of way lines should be established, as recom-
mended by the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF S~NTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby finds and declares
that the public safety, health and general welfare require the es-
tablishment of building set back lines hereinbelow set out, and,
therefore, that Section 9250.1 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding thereto new subparagraphs to be desig-
nated (x) and (y), in words and figures as follows:
(x) Fourth St,~eet
On both sides, between Raitt Street and Santa Aha Free-
way, 40 feet, measured from mud at right angles to the sur-
vey centerline.
On both si des, between the Santa Aha Freeway and the
east City Limits, 50 feet, measured from and at right angles
to the survey centerline.
(y) Eighth Street
On both sides between proposed Fairview Street and
Bristol Street, 42 feet, measured from and at right angles
to the survey centerline.
On the north
38 feet, measured
centerline.
On the south
46 feet, measured
centerline.
On the north
34 feet, measured
centerllne.
On the south
50 feet, measured

SECTION 2. T~is Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from
and after the date of its adoption.
