ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO 'CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON
AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 305 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP 16-~-I0
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 305 filed
by JA~ES M. GOTAMO and has recommended the changes hereinbelow
set out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly held a public hearing on
Notice and does now find that public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the sur-
rounding property;
NOW, ~tEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California bounded as follows:
Located on the Southeast Corner of Bolsa Avenue
and Verano Street measured South from the inter-
section along Verano Street approximately 630
feet and measured from the intersection along
Bolsa Avenue Easterly approximately 630 feet, ex-
cepting the co~ner with l?O feet measured along
Bolsa Avenue and 180 feet measured along Verano
Street,
is hereby reclassified from the~,t~-~A-1 Districts to the
C-1-PK District and Sectional District Map 16-5-10 is hereby
amended to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after
the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of March ,
196o.

the Council of the City of Santa Ana, California; that the fore-
going Ordinance was regularly introduced at its regular meeting
