~JNICIPAL CODET0 CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMEND-
APPLICATION NO. 308 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP
WHEREAS, the Pla~Luing Commission has given notice of and duly
held, a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 308 initiated by
said Commission, and recommended the changes in District Classifica-
tion hereinbelow set out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendments, and that the
uses under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, bounded as follows:
On the South by the centerline of ~IcFadden Avenue, on
the West by the centerline of Bristol Street, on the
North by a line approximately 17~ feet North of the
centerline of ~cFadden Avenue, sad on the East by a
line approximately 183 feet East of the centerline of
Bristol Street; and property bounded on the North by
the centerline of ~cFadden Avenue, on the West by the
centerline of Bristol Street, on the East by a line
approximately 165 feet East of the centerline of
Bristol Street, and on the South by a line approximately
180 feet South of the centerltne of ~icFadden Avenue.
are hereby reclassified from the C District to the C-1 PK District
and Sectional District ~ap 13-~-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
