N~.l!l:~ ESTABLISHING FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY LINES ALONG MEMORY LA~TE AND GARDEN GROVE BOULEVARD BETW~N FLOWER STR~.ET AND THE WEST CITY LINITS WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolution No. 60- 18, declaring intention to establish future right of way lines as herein set out, giving notice of public hearing to be held by March y, 1960, regularly held said hearing and determined that future right of way lines should be established as recommended by the Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~d~TA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby finds and declares that the public safety, health and general welfare require the es- tablishment of building setback lines, as herein set out and, there- fore, Section 9250.1 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code is hereby ~Lmended by adding thereto a new subparagraph to be designated (aa), in words and figures as follows: (aa) Memory Lane and Garden Grove Boulevard From Flower Street to the West corporate limits (approximately 130 feet West of the centerline of Townley Street) measured 50 feet from and at right angles to the survey centerline. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
