FAIRVIE~ STREET AND DEI~I ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That after reco~nendation of the Planning Commission
and public hearing, on notice, it finds and declares that public
peace, health, safety, comfort, convenience, interest and welfare
~equire, and there are hereby established, setback lines as herein-
below set out, all in accordance with Resolution No. 60-19.
SECTI0~ 2. That a new subparagraph designated (bb) is hereby
added to Sectinn 9250 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code in words and
figures as follows:
(bb) Fairview Street and Delhi Road, Southeast corner,
described as:
On the East side of Fairview Street, beginning at
a point 210 feet South of the centerline of Delhi Road and
extending Southerly 780 feet f~om the centerline of Delhi
Road, said setback line being measured 259 feet East of and
at right angles to the centerline of Fairview Street; and
on the South side of Delhi Road beginning at a point 210
feet East of the centerline of Fairview Street and extend-
ing Easterly 780 feet from the centerltne of Fairview Street,
said setback line being measured 259 feet South of and at
right angles to the centerline of Delhi Road.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
afterme date of its adoption.
