ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
ON ~vIENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 315 AND AMENDING
SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 15-5-10 (EXHIBIT 315-B)
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 315 was filed by McFadden
~, and said Amendment Application requested a modification of
Sectional District Map No. 15-5-10 in accordance with Exhibit 315-A;
and
~HEREAS, Amendment Application No. 315 was modified by the
Planning Commission in accordance with Exhibit 315-B, and said
modification of the Amendment Application No. 315 initiated by the
Planning Commission included the modification requested by McFadden
Homes in accordance with Exhibit 315-A; and
W~REAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 315 as modified,
and recommended the changes in District classifications hereinbelow
set out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use
under tne new classification will not be detrimental to the sur-
rounding property.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES OP~AI~: AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIO~ 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Sullivan
Street located approximately 1320 feet Northerly of the
intersection with the centerline of McFadden Avenue;
thence Westerly along a line parallel to the centerline
of ~lcFadden Avenue for a distance of approximately 1310
feet; thence Southerly alonga line parallel to the center-
line of Sullivan Street for a distance of approximately
1320 feet to the centerline of McFadden Avenue; thence
Easterly and continuing along the centerline of McFadden
Avenue to a point where the centerline of said McFadden
Avenue intersects with the centerline of Sullivan Street;
thence Northerly along the centerline of Sullivan Street
to the point of beginning,

is hereby reclassified from the R-1 and C-1 Districts to the
C-4 District as shown on Sectional District Map 15-5-10
(Exhibit 315-B), and said Sectional District £4ap is hereby amended
to show said reclassifications.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
