~HEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a ipublic hearing on ~nen~nent Application Ko. 326 initiated by
Frank D. Patty and recommended the changes in District Classifica-
tion hereinbelow set out; and
W~Ek~S, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require ~he following amendment, and that -the
use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.

Beginning at a point on the centerline of Evergreen
