PRIMA FACIE SF~D LIMIT ON PORTIONS OF
BOLSA AVkNUE BETWEF~ HARBOR BOULEVARD
AND TOWNSEND STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That after an engineering and traffic survey and Council
determination, and under authority contained in Sections 22357 and 22358 of the
Vehicle Code of the State of California, Subsection (k) of Section 3280 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"No person shall drive a vehicle at a soeed ,
gre~er than 35 miles per ho~r ~$olR~I~a ~
Avem~ between Townsend Street and Harbor
Boulevard."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after
the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meetLng held on the 21st day of November t 1960.
