N~-~91 CHANGING AND ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE WARDS OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 101.2 OF THE CHARTER THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That after complying with the provisions of Section 101.4 and to satisfy the requirements of Section 101.2 of the Charter of the City of Santa Ana, the boundary lines of the Wards in said City are hereby~ change~ to andare established as hereinbelow set out: WARD'NO. 1. The boundary of Ward No. 1~ begins at the intersection of the center line of North Main with the Northerly City boundary line on the East ~ide of NO~th'Main, and runs thence Southerly along Main to Nineteenth; thence Westerly along Nineteenth to Jefferson Place; thence Southerly along Jefferson Place to Eighteenth; thence Easterly along Eighteenth to Broadway; thence Southerly along Broadway to Fifth; thence Westerly along Fifth to Ross; thence Southerly along Ross to Second; thence Easterly along Second to Birch; thence Southerly along Birch to Walnut; thence Westerly along Walnut to Ross; thence Southerly along Ross to camile; thence Westerly along Camile to Parton; thence Southerly along Patton to Bishop; thence Westerly along Bishop to Flower; thence Southerly along Flower to Highland; thence Easterly along Highland to Main; thence Northerly along Main to Bishop; thence Easterly along Bishop to Halliday; thence Southerly along Halliday to McFadden; thence Easterly along McFadden to Lyon; thence Northerly along Lyon and continuing along the City boundary line around the Northeasterly part of Santa Ana to the point cf beginning. SECTIO~ 2. This is an Ordinance necessary to the General ~d~ni- cipal Election to be held April 4, 19&l; the sole purpose of this Ordinance is to change the Ward lines to establish Wards for the holding of said election; and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect upon the date of its publication.
