SANTA ANA MUNIC'IPAL CODE TO CHANGE THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 341
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAPS 10-5-10 AND
11-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 341 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 341, in't_q~n~ by
said ~ for a change of District classification from the C-1
and R-1 Districts to the C-2 District, and said Commission has recom-
mended approval of saidAmendment Application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing, on
notice, and does now find that public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment, and that the uses
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point where the center line of Seventeenth
Street intersects the center line of Berrydale Avenue; thence
Easterly along the center line of Seventeenth Street to the
Westerly boundary of the Santa Ana River; thence Southwesterly
along the Westerly boundary of the Santa Aha River to the
center line of Berrydale Avenue; thence Northerly along the
center line of Berrydale Avenue to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the C-1 and R-1 Districts to the C-2
District, and Sectional District Maps 10-5-10 and 11-5-10 (Exhibit
AA 341 A) are hereby amended to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of March , 1961.
