NS-513 ~iENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SAI~£A ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 346 AND ~4ENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 4-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 346 A) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 346, initiated by said Commission, for a change of District classification from the A-1 District to the C-1 District, and said Commission has recommended approval of said Amendment Application; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at a point on the center line of Lenita Lane located approximately 424.5 feet Easterly from the center line of Old Tustin Road; thence Northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Ponderosa Street for a distance of 2St.1 feet, more or less; thence Westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 424.5 feet, more or less, to the center line of Old Tustin Road; thence Southerly along the center line of Old Tustin Road 1,412 feet to the point where the center line of Old Tustin Road intersects the center line of Seventeenth Street; thence Easterly along the center line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 458 feet, more or less, to a point where the center line of Seventeenth Street intersects the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence Northwesterly along the center line of Tustin Avenue to a point located 381.1 feet, more or less, Southerly from the center line of Lenita Lane; thence Easterly along the line approximately parallel with the center line of Lenita Lane for a distance of 199.4 feet, more or less; thence Northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Ponderosa Street for a dis- tance of 3S1.1 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the C-1 District and -1- Sectional District Map 4-5-9 (Exhibit AA 346 A) is hereby amended to show said reclassification. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of April , 1961.
