SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI-
FICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 354 AND
AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 11-5-10 (EXHIBIT
AA 354 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 354, initiated by
Baxter Joe and Bernice Young, for a change of District classification
from the M-1 District to the R-2 District, and said Commission has
recommended approval of said Amendment Application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing, on
notice, and does now find that the pu]~lic necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surround-
ing property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot 12, Block 15 of Pacific Electric subdivision of the
Ross Tract as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, Page 14,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California,
is hereby reclassified from the M-1 District to the R-2 District, and
Sectional District Map 11-5-10 (Exhibit AA 354 A) is hereby amended
to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the
