WHICH ESTABLISHED HEIGHT LIMITATIONS ON BUILDINGS
IN CERTAIN AREAS
WHEREAS, on August 7, 1961, Ordinance No. NS-530 was adopted
to establish a limit on the height of structures outside of the
central area of Santa Aha as a temporary interim zoning ordinance,
and such temporary period will have expired by the effective date
of this Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That said Ordinance No. NS-530, adopted August 7,
1961, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4%h day of December , 1961.
