NS-521 PASSED AND ADOPTED JUNE 19, 1961
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 17 of Ordinance No. NS-521, passed
and adopted June 19, 1961, is hereby deleted.
SECTION 2: That sub-section 35 is hereby added to Section
9247.4 of the Santa Ana Municipal code to read as follows:
35.
Special uses, including
airports, carnivals and
circuses, amusement
enterprises, and all
other uses where parking
requirements have not
been designated herein.
Shall be determined by the
Planning Director in writing.
Any determination by the
Planning Director may be
appealed to the City Planning
Commission and City Council.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of January , 196~.
