OF-WAY LINES ALONG PORTIONS OF SEVENTEENTH STREET,
SUGAR AVENUE, WARNER AVENUE, SANTA CLARA AVENUE,
MEMORY LANE, EDINGER AVENUE AND DYER ROAD-TALBERT
AVENUE
WHEREAS, heretofore, the City Council, by Resolutions, declared
its intention to establish the Future Right-of-Way Lines hereinbelow
set out and fixed the 5th day of February, 1962, in the Council
Chambers at 7:30 P.M. as the time and place where all persons
objecting thereto might appear and be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That after due hearing, the City Council' finds and
declares that the public safety, health and general welfare require
the establishment of Future Right-of-Way Lines, and that Section 9271
of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto
new subs$ctions and by changing the street name designation on
Subsection (p) and Subsection (bb), as follows:
Subsection (a) (Seventeenth Street), add:

On the North side, 52 feet from the survey center
line, between a point 508 feet East of the center
line of Wright Street and a point 2332.08 feet
East of the center line of Wright Street.
On the North side, 52 feet from the survey center
line, between Old Turin Avenue and Tustin Avenue.
On the North side, 52 feet from the survey center
line, between Deodar Street and a point 208.71 feet
West of the center line of Deodar Street."
To Subsection (q) (Suqar Avenue), add:
"(2)
On both sides, 42 feet from the survey center line,
between a point 1320.3 feet East of the center line
of Ward Street and a point 660 feet East of the
center line of Ward Street."
Change the street name designation of Subsection (p) from
"Delhi Road" to "Warner Avenue" and add:

On the North side, 59 feet from the survey center
line, between Raitt Street and a point 1'71.64 feet
West of the center line of Rene Drive.
On the South side, 59 feet from the survey center
line, between a point 101.29 feet West of the center
line of Linda Way and the Orange County Flood
Control Channel designated as F-2."

TO Subsection (r)..(Santa Clara Avenue),add:
"(4) On the North side, 42 feet from the survey center
line, between Glassell Avenue and Grand Avenue."
To subsection (z) (Memory Lane), add:
"(2)
On the North side, 50 feet from the survey center
line, between a point 587 feet East of the center
line of Bristol Street and the Santa Ana River."
Change the street name designation of Subsection (bb) from
"E~inqer Street" to "Edinqer Avenue", and add:
"(10) On the South side, 52 feet from the survey center
line, between Raitt Street and a point 1208 feet
East of the center line of Raitt Street."
To Subsection (dd) (Dyer Road-Talbert Avenue), add:

line, between Harbor Boulevard and the Santa Aha
River."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of February, 1962.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 5th day of February, 1962, and was again con-
sidered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 19th day
of February, 1962, and at said meeting was regularly passed and
adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit:
