SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 366
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 4-5-9

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 366, initiated by
ANNA L. MARSHALL for a change in District classification from the
A-1 District to the R-1 District, and said Commission has recommended
denial of said Amendment Application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AMA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a pOint on the City Limits located 991 feet,
more or less, Easterly from the center line of Old Tustin
Avenue and 665 feet, more or less, Southerly from the
center line of Santa Clara Avenue; thence Easterly along
a line approximately parallel to the center line of Santa
Clara Avenue for a distance of 362.35 feet, more or less;
thence Southerly along a line approximately parallel to
the center line of Old Tustin Avenue for a distance of
660.39 feet, more or less; thence Westerly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Santa Clara
Avenue for a distance of 363.33 feet, more or less; thence
Northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of 01d Tustin Avenue for a distance of 660.52 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-1 District, and

show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
