SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 383
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 16-5-10

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 383, initiatedby
CAL-COMPACK FOODS INC. for a change in District classification from
the C-2 and A-1 Districts to the M-1 District, and said Commission has
recommended that said Amendment Application be approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That real property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Bolsa
Avenue located 990.6 feet, more or less, Easterly from
that point where the center line of Bolsa Avenue
intersects the center line of Euclid Street; thence
Southerly along a line approximately parallel to the
center line of Euclid Street for a distance of 1319.0
feet, more or less; thence Easterly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Bolsa
Avenue for a distance of 120 feet, more or less, to the
Westerly boundary of the Orange County Flood Control
Drainage Channel; thence Northeasterly and Northerly,
continuing along the Westerly boundary of said Orange
County Flood Control Drainage Channel for a distance
of 1349.7 feet, more or less, to the center line of
Bolsa Avenue; thence Westerly along the center line of
Bolsa Avenue for a distance of 330 feet, more or less,
to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the C-2 and A-1 Districts to the M-1
District, and Sectional District Map 16-5-10 (Exhibit AA 383 A) is
hereby amended to show said reclassification.

Aha at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of April , 1962.
