THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 390
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 8-5-9
(EXHIBIT AA 390 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 390, initiated by
JESSE and LILLIAN OJEDA for a change in district classification from
the R-1 District to the R-4 District, and said Commission has recom-
mended approval of said Amendment Application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Mabury Street
located 541 feet, more or less, Southerly from that point
where the center line of Mabury Street intersects the
center line of Seventeenth Street; thence Westerly along
a line approximately parallel to the center line of
Seventeenth Street for a distance of 415.4 feet, more or
less; thence Northerly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Mabury Street for a distance of
276 feet, more or less; thence Easterly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth
Street for a distance of 415.4 feet, more or less, to the
center line of Mabury Street; thence Southerly along the
center line of Mabury Street for a distance of 276 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-4 District, and
Sectional District Map 8-5-9 (Exhibit AA 390 A) is hereby amended to
show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of J~ne 1962.

the Council of the City of Santa Ana, California; that the foregoing
Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 4th day of June, 1962, and was again considered
by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of
1962, and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted by said
Council by the following vote, to-wit:
