SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO C~ANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 393
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 17-5-10
(EXHIBIT AA 393 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Cc~mission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 393, initiated by
said Comunission for a change in district classification from A-1
District to the R-1 District, and said Cc~unission has recommended
approval of saidAmendment Application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under
the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Euclid Street
located 1318.0 feet, more or less, Northerly frc~ that
point where the center line of Euclid Street intersects
the center line of Edinger Avenue; thence Westerly along
a line approximately parallel to the center line of Edinger
Avenue for a distance of 1340. feet, more or less; thence
Northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of Euclid Street for a distance of 329.5 feet, more or
less; thence Easterly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Edinger Avenue for a distance of
1340 feet, more or less, to the center line of Euclid
Street; thence Southerly along the center line of Euclid
Street for a distance of 329.5 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-1 District, and
Sectional District Map 17-5-10 (Exhibit AA 393 A) is hereby amended
to show said reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
from and after the date of its adoption.
