SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 408
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 22-5-10
(EXHIBIT AA 408 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 408, initiated by
RINKER DEVELOPMENT CORP. for a change in District classification from
the C-1 District to the R-4 District, and said Co~Lu~,ission has recom-
mended approval of said Amendment Application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Warner Avenue
located 209 feet East of the center line of Fairview
Street; thence Easterly along the center line of Warner
Avenue for a distance of 255 feet, more or less, to the
center line of an alley; thence Northerly along the center
line of said alley for a distance of 200 feet, more or
less; thence Northeasterly along the center line of said
alley for a distance of 110 feet, more or less; thence
Westerly continuing along the center line of said alley
for a distance of 495 feet, more or less, to the center'
line of Fairview Street; thence Southerly along the center
line of Fairview Street for a distance of 118 feet, more
or less; thence Easterly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of Warner Avenue for a distance
of 209 feet, more or less; thence Southerly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Fairview
Street for a distance of 200 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning,
iS hereby reclassified from the C-1 District to the R-4 District,
and Sectional District Map 22-5-10 (Exhibit AA 408 A) is hereby
amended to show said reclassification.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days fr~
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of October, 1962.
