SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDME~£ APPLICATION 419 AND
AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 32-4-9 (EXHIBIT
AA 419 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application NO. 419, initiated by
DONALD A. GANNON for a change in District classification from the
A-1 District to the 60-R1-7200 District, and said Commission has
recommended approval of said Amendment Application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point where the center line of Fairhaven
Avenue intersects the center line of Cambridge Street;
thence Northerly along the center line of Cambridge Street
for a distance of 660 feet, more or less; thence Westerly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line of
Fairhaven Avenue for a distance of 660.7 feet, more or
less; thence Northerly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Cambridge Street for a distance of
660 feet, more or less; to the Santa Ana City Limits;
thence Westerly along the Santa Ana City Limits for a
distance of 666.1 feet, more or less; thence Southerly
along the Santa Ana City Limits for a distance of 1320 feet,
more or less, to the center line of Fairhaven Avenue; thence
Easterly along the center line of Fairhaven Avenue for a
distance of 1326.8 feet, more or less~ to the point of
beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the A1 District to the 60-R1-7200 District,
and Sectional District Map 32-4-9 (Exhibit AA 419 A) is hereby amended
to show said reclassification.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of December, 1962.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 19th day of November, 1962, and was again con-
sidered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day
of December, 1962, and at said meeting was regularly passed and
adopted by the said Council by the following vote, to-wit:
