OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT
APPLICATION 420 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP 16-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 420 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application 420, initiated
by ROBERT K. WONG for a change in District classification from the
A-1 District to the R-1 District, and said Commission has recommended
approval of said reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that th~ public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The South half of the South half of the Northeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 16, Township 5 South,
Range 10 West, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51,
Page 12 of Miscellaneous Records of Orange County, California,
is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-1 District,
and Sectional District Map 16-5-10 ( Exhibit AA 420 A) is hereby
amended to show said reclassification.
~ECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days frc~
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of February, 1963.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 21st day of January, 1963, and was again con-
sidered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 4th day
of February, 1963, and at said meeting was regularly passed and
adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit:
