STREET, RAITT STREETs EDINGER AVENUE ~ MCFADDEN AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That after an engineering and traffic survey and Council
determination~ and under authority contained in Sections 22357 and 22358 of the
Vehicle Code of the State of California, the following subsection is hereby added
to Section 3280 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code:

Santa Ana Freeway to the Newport Freeway
40 miles per hour

Chestnut Street to McFadden Avenue
McFadden Avenue to Warner Avenue

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the Cit[of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 20th day of ~ , 1963.
