THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING THERETO
SUBSECTION (d) REGULATING USES PERMITTED IN THE
CD (CIVIC DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT
PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY AS SET FORTH IN GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 65806, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 9230.162 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new sub paragraph (d)
to read as follows:
(d) uses permitted in the C-5 District.
SECTION 2: That this is an interim zoning ordinance adopted
as an urgency measure to protect the public safety, health and
welfare while the Planning C~mLLission is conducting studies for the
purpose of either recommending the adoption of a zoning ordinance
or an amendment thereto to the City Council, and that this temporary
zoning measure shall be of no further force and effect six months
from the date of the adoption thereof.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of July, 1963.
