SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION
NO. 455 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP
8-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 455 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 455, filed by
RICHARD CAVANAUGH for a change in District classification from the
R3H District to the P District, and said Commission has recommended
approval of said reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COLTNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of First Street
located 368.8 feet, more or less, westerly from that point
where the center line of First Street intersects the center
line of Tustin Avenue; thence northerly along a line approxi-
mately parallel to the center line of Tustin Avenue for a
distance of 619.4 feet, more or less; thence westerly along
a line approximately parallel to the center line of First
Street for a distance of 118.9 feet, more or less; thence
southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of TUstin Avenue for a distance of 619.4 feet, more or
less, to the center line of First Street; thence easterly
along the center line of First Street for a distance of
118.9 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified frc~ the R3H District to the P District, and
Sectional District Map 8-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi-
fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 455 A.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of Se~D~mber, 1963.

Council of the City of Santa Aha, California; that the foregoing
Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 19th day of August, 1963, and was again
considered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day
of September, 1963, and at said meeting was regularly passed and
adopted by said Council by the following vote, to wit:
